Every painting, drawing, film and photograph on this site is the work of Kosi Okafor and remains his. Copyright is not transferred by anything on this site.

You are welcome to look at it, link to it and share a link to it. You may not reproduce, print, sell, train a model on, or use any of it commercially without written permission. Ask through the contact form; the answer is often yes, and it costs nothing to ask.

Commissioned work shown here was made for the client named with it. Those clients hold their own rights in the finished pieces, and their logos and release titles belong to them.

Years, media and credits are published as they are confirmed. Where a fact is not confirmed it is left out rather than guessed at. If something here is wrong, please say so through the contact form and it will be corrected.

Nothing is sold on this site. Prints are sold through the shop, which is a separate service with its own terms, returns policy and payment handling. Buying happens there, under their rules.
